Kontent.ai is a next-generation CMS built around the modern practice of content modularity and reusability for different channels. I was part of an innovation team tasked with building a marketing capability for this CMS, demonstrating we can evolve the product in months, not years.

At Kentico, I worked as part of an agile engineering team supporting them as a researcher and designer. Together we flipped and refactored the flow of creating and managing online marketing campaigns to actually fit the mental model of a marketer. Our work sparked product upgrades and adoption of the whole marketing module.
